Geri runs the City Offices, with the occasional help of her sister Skippy, and now regular help of Debbie Davis. She keeps track of all aspects of the town's activities, handles payroll, and assists the City Council in guiding Harlowton wisely. ![]() (Jeff Sell is sworn in as a new Councilman. He joins Mayor John Peccia and our other council members, Frank Hutton, Dick Stoltz, Tom Horan, Terry Baumgardner, and Duane Kolman.) Harlowton is an incorporated city, governed by a mayor and six councilpersons, two elected from each of three wards. All positions are part-time, serving 4-year terms.
